Jennifer Saslaw

Jennifer Saslaw's practice focuses on complex family law litigation and domestic partnership dissolution. As a graduate of Stanford Law School and a former corporate attorney at Orrick, Herrington, & Sutcliffe, Jennifer's background enables her to understand complex business issues and find creative solutions to the problems that often arise in dividing marital assets. In each case, Jennifer creates an analysis of the marital estate that allows her clients to evaluate their options and make informed decisions about their future. She represents clients with income and assets of all sizes and has substantial experience working with high net worth clients and handling non-traditional compensation such as stock options and limited partnership income.
Jennifer is trained in all forms of the divorce process, including litigation and collaborative divorce.
Jennifer is also active in the community and represents pro-bono clients through the San Francisco Bar Association Volunteer Legal Services Program. She has won the following distinctions:
