Adam is a seasoned litigator, specializing in complex custody and financial matters.

Skilled in the Bay Area’s unique economic ecosystem, Adam has expertise in navigating and guiding clients through complex venture capital, hedge fund and private equity cases. He is also highly skilled in the most complex of custody issues, including children who resist or refuse to see one parent, gatekeeping, and move-away cases. He also handles appellate matters, jurisdictional disputes, domestic and international custody proceedings, and matters involving domestic violence. Whether it be through focused negotiations or aggressive litigation, Adam works with clients to develop and execute a customized strategy to meet their goals, with compassion, responsiveness, and communication.
