Ramon has extensive experience with complex custody matters, including those that intersect with domestic violence, mental health issues, and substance abuse issues. He has successfully represented clients in cases involving move-away requests, modifications of legal custody, increases in timeshare, and cases where the bond between a parent and child has become strained. Ramon regularly works with mental health professionals and other experts who work with family law clients, including custody evaluators, individual therapists, and family/reconnection therapists.

Ramon understands the importance of engaging the services of such experts as forensic accountants, digital/computer forensics, and experts in less conventional fields to bolster his clients’ cases. Ramon develops a positive and supportive relationship with each of his clients as he helps them navigate the family law process and achieve the best resolutions for their cases. Ramon understands the significant impact that family law matters can have on people’s lives, and he approaches each case with the utmost focus and commitment.
