We operate mostly remotely and have offices to work at or meet clients when needed from time to time. We have in-person off-sites and zoom meetings to promote team building and education.

For the most part, our attorneys run their own cases. Our larger cases will have 2-3 lawyers on them.
ABOUT YOU
You have a minimum of 9 years of legal experience. You know how to move a case forward and how to get a case from beginning to completion, and how to strategize for the client’s specific, tailored goals, with minimal supervision. You will continue to receive support for collaboration and mentoring, but we need someone who already is an experienced, excellent family law attorney.
You have a broad-based practice that entails experience in division of assets, custody, settlement, litigation.
You have trial and deposition experience as a first chair and know how to conduct a trial, a deposition, and evidentiary objections. While you may not be “comfortable” at trial, you are comfortable with being uncomfortable at trial.
You have exceptional interpersonal and oral/written communication skills.
You pride yourself on excellent client control and feel comfortable giving clients realistic expectations that they may be uncomfortable hearing.
For this position, we need someone whose practice is (or has been mostly) in the Bay Area, and we are comfortable with you living in or out of the Bay Area, as long as you live in PST or MST.
COMPENSATION
We are committed to paying at the top of the market, with a complete salary, metrics and transparent bonuses, and excellent benefits. For this role, minimum billable hour requirements range from 1300 – 1500/yr. (or you can always choose a higher amount). There is more flexibility to bill less if you would like to take on more management or origination.
Compensation is extremely variable, as it is based on experience level, selected base billable hour requirement, metrics driven bonuses, and potential for origination sharing, base salary is $195,000-$250,000.
Our business model is identifying talent and finding out you what you love to do, interested in learning more about, and basing a compensation package based on that. Just want to work on cases? Great! Love networking and bringing in business? Amazing but not required. Love managing mid-level associates? Fabulous but also not required.
